Site Project Manager

The Site Project Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of architectural projects from a site perspective. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both architecture and construction management, with a strong focus on project delivery, client relations, team management, and quality control. In addition to site and project responsibilities, the role will also incorporate business development functions to support company growth and client engagement.Job RequirementsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their expectations are managed and met throughout the project lifecycle.Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders on-site.Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the seamless integration of design, construction, and site management.Monitor project progress, provide direction, and make decisions to mitigate risks or resolve issues on‑site.Ensure that all work carried out on‑site complies with project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.Oversee project budgets, including cost control, forecasting, and financial tracking.Manage resource allocation on‑site, ensuring materials, equipment, and labor are appropriately utilized and available.Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and address challenges as they arise.Provide post‑project analysis and feedback to help improve future project delivery.Identify new business opportunities within the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors.Collaborate with senior leadership to define target markets and pursue high‑value opportunities.Attend industry events and networking functions to promote company capabilities and services.ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering – Master’s degree preferred.15+ years of progressive experience in architecture, construction, and project/site management.UAE experience is mandatory.PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, high‑value architectural projects.Strong understanding of financial management, including cost control and project forecasting.Ability to plan for and manage risks in complex projects and take swift, decisive action when needed.Demonstrated ability to generate new business and maintain long‑term client relationships.#J-18808-Ljbffr
