Site Project Manager

Our client is a well-established Interior & Landscaping company delivering high-quality design, execution, and turnkey solutions across villas, apartments, offices, and outdoor environments.They are seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to lead on-site execution and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.Role OverviewYou will oversee daily site operations, manage subcontractors and supervisors, and ensure smooth coordination between design, procurement, and execution teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and supervise site workers, contractors, and subcontractorsPrepare material requirement lists based on drawings and BOQsSupervise fit-out supervisors and monitor daily/weekly targetsEnsure timely project handover aligned with client commitmentsCoordinate with the design team to resolve technical clarificationsMonitor quality control, safety compliance, and labor disciplineResolve site challenges related to materials, labor, or executionMaintain daily reports, site documentation, and progress updatesLiaise with procurement to ensure timely material deliveryCandidate ProfileProven experience in interior fit-out / landscaping project managementStrong knowledge of BOQs, drawings, and execution methodologiesExcellent site coordination and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple teams under tight deadlinesStrong communication and client-facing abilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
