<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Role requirements (Please read carefully before applying) :</p><p>1. HVAC Execution</p><p>Supervise installation of ducting, insulation, GI ducts, flexible ducts, dampers, and hangers.</p><p>Oversee installation and alignment of HVAC equipment (FAHUs, AHUs, FCUs, VRF, exhaust fans, motorized dampers).</p><p>Ensure proper installation of copper piping, refrigerant lines, drain lines, and insulation.</p><p>Coordinate with BMS team for control wiring, sensors, actuators, and VAV connections.</p><p>Conduct air balancing, leak testing, pressure testing, and commissioning.</p><p>2. Plumbing&Drainage Execution</p><p>Monitor installation of PPR, HDPE, PVC, copper, GI, and all plumbing systems.</p><p>Supervise water supply networks, drainage, vent piping, sump pumps, and water tanks.</p><p>Verify pressure tests, leakage tests, and flushing of water systems.</p><p>Ensure proper coordination with civil for sleeves, openings, and trenching.</p><p>3. Firefighting System Execution</p><p>Supervise installation of firefighting piping (black steel, galvanized), fittings, valves, and supports.</p><p>Monitor installation of sprinklers, hose reel cabinets, fire pumps, and pump room equipment.</p><p>Conduct hydrostatic testing, flow testing, and ensure compliance with NFPA/local codes.</p><p>Coordinate with electrical and ELV teams for fire alarm interfaces.</p><p>4. BMS Integration for Mechanical Equipment</p><p>Ensure HVAC and mechanical equipment are correctly interfaced with BMS.</p><p>Supervise installation of field devices (sensors, actuators, switches, VFD connections).</p><p>Support commissioning teams during functional testing and system integration.</p><p>Verify all mechanical equipment points are connected, labeled, and operational.</p><p>5. Site Coordination&Supervision</p><p>Coordinate mechanical works with civil, electrical, ELV, structural, and finishing teams.</p><p>Attend technical and coordination meetings.</p><p>Resolve site issues, clashes, and technical queries efficiently.</p><p>Supervise technicians, subcontractors, and ensure proper manpower distribution.</p><p>6. Quality&Safety</p><p>Inspect installed materials and equipment to ensure compliance with approved material submittals.</p><p>Submit inspection requests (IRs) with QA/QC team for system checks.</p><p>Ensure compliance with safety standards and method statements.</p><p>Monitor housekeeping and safe work practices.</p><p>7. Testing&Commissioning</p><p>Witness mechanical system testing: pressure tests, balancing, equipment startup, pump testing, valve testing.</p><p>Verify test sheets, commissioning reports, and performance tests.</p><p>Support handover teams with documentation and final inspections.</p><p>8. Documentation&Reporting</p><p>Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.</p><p>Verify installed quantities for monthly billing (progress claims).</p><p>Review as-built drawings and ensure alignment with site conditions.</p><p>Maintain logs of installations, inspections, and deliveries.</p><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><p>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.</p><p>5-7 years experience in site execution of HVAC, FIREFIGHTING, PLUMBING NETWORKS.</p><p>Familiarity with BMS integration and coordination with ELV/electrical teams.</p><p>Ability to read and understand shop drawings and method statements.</p><p>Strong site supervision, communication, and coordination skills.</p><h3>Preferred Experience</h3><p>Work experience on Saudi Arabia or GCC mega projects.</p><p>Knowledge of SMACNA, ASHRAE, NFPA, and local Saudi standards.</p><p>Experience with pump rooms, VRF, or large HVAC equipment.</p><p>Experience with commissioning teams and handling third-party inspections.</p><h3>Other Requirements</h3><ul><li>Transferable iqama and ready to join.</li><li>Registered in Saudi council of engineers.</li></ul><p>Salary : will be discussed after interview</p><h3>Job Specification</h3><ol><li>HVAC site execution (ducting, insulation, FAHU, AHU, FCU, VRF, exhaust systems)</li><li>Installation and supervision of copper piping, refrigerant lines, drain lines, and insulation</li><li>Plumbing&drainage systems execution (PPR, HDPE, PVC, GI, copper)</li><li>Firefighting system installation (sprinklers, hose reels, fire pumps, pump rooms)</li><li>Knowledge of testing&commissioning (pressure test, leakage test, air balancing, pump testing)</li><li>BMS integration for mechanical equipment (sensors, actuators, VFDs, control wiring)</li><li>Coordination with electrical, ELV, civil, and finishing teams</li><li>Ability to read and execute shop drawings and method statements</li><li>Site supervision of technicians and subcontractors</li><li>Manpower planning and work allocation</li><li>QA/QC procedures and Inspection Requests (IRs)</li><li>Compliance with safety standards and method statements</li><li>Knowledge of SMACNA, ASHRAE, NFPA, and Saudi standards</li><li>Experience with commissioning teams and third-party inspections</li><li>
