Site ManagerWe are seeking experienced professionals in the energy field for a major tendering opportunity with a leading oil and gas client in Qatar. Please note that these roles are subject to contract award and project commencement.Job Purpose:To manage on-site operations across the Solar Observatories and HQ Exhibition locations, ensuring operational continuity, visitor experience excellence, compliance with safety standards, and overall facility functionality.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day on-site operations and supervise operational staff across assigned locations.Ensure smooth visitor flow and adherence to approved capacity planning limits.Oversee daily maintenance activities, exhibit functionality checks, and facility readiness.Monitor and enforce safety protocols in coordination with HSE requirements and site regulations.Coordinate with contractors and technical teams during installation, upgrades, or corrective maintenance.Address operational issues promptly and elevate critical matters according to project governance procedures.Maintain operational logs, incident reports, and corrective action tracking.Support reporting requirements and participate in phase-end review sessions.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 8–12 years of experience in site operations, exhibition management, facility management, or similar environments.Experience managing public-facing facilities with structured visitor flow.Strong understanding of operational safety and compliance standards.Operational leadership.HSE awareness and compliance.Problem-solving under operational pressure.Team supervision and coordination.Attention to service quality and visitor experience.Disclaimer:The above positions are proposed for tendering and evaluation purposes only.
