Site Inspector -Civil

We are seeking a Site Inspector - Civil to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.Technical DeliveryInteracting with clients and contractor staff to determine and verify project requirements.Preparing inspection reports and site records.Performing civil and structural tests.Providing general inspection on all construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure professional workmanship.Identifying non-conforming works, generating reports and corrective actions, and coordinating responses.Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.Collaboration and working as part of a teamWork in conjunction with engineers to solve project design problems, support to performing basic design calculations as required.Conduct technical, feasibility studies and site investigations.Liaison with teams working remotely from other parts of the world to facilitate completion of tasks, and project.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Experienced in the survey work with modern instruments and in keeping site measurement records.Client Service ManagementInternal and external client liaison.Ability to build and maintain lasting and positive relationships.Experience in utility diversions and management.Follow safe work practices adhere to company guidelines and policies for planning and executing work in a safe manner.QualificationsBachelor's degree in civil engineering or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering and construction, preferably with experience in tunnelling, pumping station, pipelines, rehabilitation network, and infrastructure projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipmentFamiliarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulationsExperience in SWS Infrastructure projects is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
