Site Engineer ( UAE National )

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Site Engineer you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities including scheduling resource allocation and quality controlInterpret and implement project plans technical drawings and specificationsConduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations building codes and project specificationsCollaborate with project managers architects and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain project progressPrepare and maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports change orders and progress updatesMonitor and control project costs ensuring adherence to budgets and timelinesImplement and maintain quality assurance and quality control proceduresEnsure compliance with UAE construction codes and regulationsParticipate in project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholdersMentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staffQualifications : Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldUAE Professional Engineering LicenseMinimum 3-5 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projectsProficiency in project management software AutoCAD or similar CAD software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong knowledge of UAE construction codes regulations and local construction practicesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsOutstanding communication and leadership abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environmentFluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)UAE National citizenship is required for this positionAdditional Information : Must have a valid Family bookRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Data Center Experience,Splunk,System Security Plans,Cybersecurity,Computer Networking,Nginx,Root cause Analysis,Windows,Apache,Visio,SSO,Troubleshooting Experience: years Vacancy: 1
