Job SummaryThe Site Engineer – Mechanical is responsible for supervising and executing mechanical works at site, ensuring HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems are installed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.Location & Project DetailsLocation: UAEDivision: MEPProject: AZIZI DevelopmentsKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise installation of HVAC systems (ducting, chilled water piping, FCUs, AHUs), plumbing, and firefighting works.Ensure execution as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.Coordinate with electrical, civil, and other MEP disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure smooth progress.Monitor manpower, materials, and daily site productivity.Conduct inspections, pressure testing, and support testing & commissioning activities.Liaise with consultants and client representatives for inspections and approvals.Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE standards, and local authority regulations.Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.3–8 years of experience in MEP mechanical construction projects.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.Experience in High‑rise Residential or Commercial Projects Preferred.Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and coordination layouts.Good communication and site coordination skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
