<div><h3>Site Engineer – HSSE</h3><p>Our newest opportunity is for a talented Site Engineer – HSSE to join our team based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.</p><p>We envisage success in this role to include:</p><ul><li>Implement and monitor HSSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments</li><li>Identify hazards and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and international standards</li><li>Monitor contractor activities to ensure adherence to HSSE standards</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs</li><li>Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports</li><li>Maintain HSSE documentation, reports, and records</li><li>Support emergency response planning and drills</li><li>Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of all construction activities</li><li>Promote a proactive safety culture across all site personnel</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5 years of work experience partnered with a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field</li><li>Minimum<b>5–10 years of HSSE experience</b>in construction projects</li><li>Proven experience on<b>large-scale residential or infrastructure projects</b>(preferably in KSA)</li><li>Strong knowledge of<b>HSSE regulations, standards, and best practices</b></li><li>Experience in conducting risk assessments and incident investigations</li><li>Good understanding of construction activities (civil, structural, MEP)</li><li>Strong communication and reporting skills</li><li>Ability to influence and enforce safety compliance on‑site</li><li>Experience working in<b>Jeddah</b>or across Saudi mega projects</li><li>Certifications such as<b>NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA</b></li><li>Experience with developers, main contractors, or PMC environments</li></ul><p>We treat all expressions of interest confidentially.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
