Site Engineer - Infrastructure

We are seeking a dedicated and technically competent Site Engineer – Infrastructure to manage and oversee day-to-day site activities for infrastructure projects. The role involves supervision of civil works, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards, managing resources, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely execution of infrastructure elements such as roads, drainage, utilities, and earthworks.1. Site Execution & SupervisionSupervise and monitor on-site activities for infrastructure works, including:Roadworks (pavement layers, kerbs, asphalt)Drainage systems (stormwater, sewerage, manholes)Utilities (water supply, electrical ducts, telecom, etc.)Earthworks (cutting, filling, grading, compaction)Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.2. Quality Assurance & ComplianceConduct quality checks and inspections to ensure standards are met.Ensure materials and workmanship comply with project specifications.Assist QA/QC and safety teams in ensuring all activities meet project requirements.3. Planning & CoordinationCoordinate with subcontractors, surveyors, and other site engineers.Monitor work progress and update the schedule as needed.Ensure all resources (materials, equipment, manpower) are available and used efficiently.4. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain site records including daily progress reports, inspection logs, and site instructions.Track materials used and report shortages or issues.Prepare and submit inspection requests and assist during inspections with consultants and authorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
