BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL | Full timeTo support and manage all on-sitecoordination activities related to Smart City systems integration. The SiteCoordinator will act as the key interface between the engineering,construction, and Integration teams, ensuring effective communication,documentation, and progress tracking across multiple stakeholders includingsubcontractors, system integrators, and the client’s PMCM team.Key Responsibilities:Coordinateand facilitate daily site activities between STE teams, subcontractors, andsystem integrators.Ensurework is carried out in line with approved Method Statements (MST), SiteInterface Permits (SIP), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures.Conductjoint inspections, site walks, and revisits with PMCM, O&M contractors, andsub-contractors as required.Follow upon access requests, work permits, safety inductions, and other site logisticsto enable smooth execution of activities.Prepare,update, and maintain site trackers including access forms, PTW status, sitesurvey logs, open points, and progress reports.Maintaintrackers for document submissions, drawings, backups, and other deliverablesrelated to integration activities.Consolidatesite data from multiple contractors and ensure records are accurate, traceable,and aligned with project requirements.Act as theprimary coordination link between subcontractors, system integrators, and theSTE project team.Liaisewith design consultants, PMCM, and the client’s representatives forclarifications, inspection scheduling, and approvals.Escalateany site-related issues, delays, or access challenges promptly with cleardocumentation and action recommendations.Assist thetechnical team in verifying system installations (BMS, ACS, FAS, PGS, PMS,SCADA, CCTV, Intercom, etc.) and cross-check site conditions against drawings.Supportcollection of field data (controllers, IP details, network components, poweravailability, etc.) for integration with the Master SCADA/City OS platform.Ensureproper documentation of field devices, panel locations, and as-built datacollection.Ensurethat all on-site works comply with HSE regulations and the project’s safetyprotocols.Coordinatewith the HSE team for inductions, PPE compliance, and site safetydocumentation.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’sDegree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or relatedEngineering discipline.Minimum 5+years of experience in site coordination or project execution within SmartCity, ELV, BMS, SCADA, Safety security systems or infrastructure projects.Experienceworking with multiple subcontractors and consultants in a fast-pacedenvironment.Goodunderstanding of OT/ICT systems such as BMS, FAS, CCTV, SCADA, and networkinfrastructure.Strongcoordination, communication, and documentation skills.Proficiencyin MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and tracker managementtools.Goodknowledge of construction site processes, PTW systems, and safety protocols.Abilitytohandle multiple priorities and resolve site issues promptly.Teamplayer with a proactive approach and attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
