Site Civil Engineer

<div><h3><b>Job Summary:-</b></h3><p>MOBCO Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Civil Engineer to join our team for projects in the Al Khobar area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring project execution in accordance with drawings, specifications, and timelines, while maintaining quality and safety standards.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities:-</b></h3><ul><li>Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities</li><li>Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders</li><li>Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly updates to management</li><li>Review and interpret technical drawings and project specifications</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies on-site</li><li>Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise</li><li>Coordinate material delivery and ensure proper utilization of resources</li><li>Verify completed work for billing and progress payments</li><li>Assist in preparing method statements and work schedules</li><li>Maintain quality control and ensure work meets required standards</li><li>Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams for compliance requirements</li></ul><h3><b>Requirements:-</b></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Site Civil Engineer</li><li>Experience working on construction projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and quality standards</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul><h3><b>Preferred Qualifications:-</b></h3><ul><li>Experience in commercial or infrastructure projects</li><li>Knowledge of Saudi building codes and regulations</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office</li><li>Strong organizational and reporting skills</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
