Site Administrator (Site-based)

Our major clients include renowned airports and airlines worldwide.Join the Project Execution Team as a Site Administrator (Site-based) in Riyadh, KSA.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate issuance, renewal, and tracking of gate passes for site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors.Ensure all entrants have the necessary safety inductions and documentation.Liaise with security to enforce access control procedures.Maintain records of gate passes and access logs.Manage office supplies, PPE, and site consumables with different departments.Provide clerical support to the site management team.Organize site meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.Act as a contact point between the site and various teams for administrative matters.Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating with stakeholders.QualificationsDiploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.At least 3 years of administrative experience in a site environment, preferably construction or engineering.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Knowledge of access control and construction safety practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and accuracy.Flexible work schedule accommodation.Independent thinking, problem-solving skills, discretion, and integrity.Ability to work independently as a self-starter.Good communication skills in English and Arabic.Valid KSA driving license.Stay Informed About Our VacanciesDrop your contact information and resume, and we will contact you if a suitable position arises.
