All suitably qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment on the basis of objective criteria and without regard to the following (which is a non-exhaustive list): race, colour, age, religion, gender, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, or other characteristics in accordance with the relevant governing laws.ResponsibilitiesCamp Operations ManagementManage daily operations of the workers’ camp/site accommodationCoordinate room allocations, transfers, and demobilizationMaintain accurate camp occupancy records and manpower reportsEnsure camp capacity aligns with project mobilization plansFacilities & Maintenance CoordinationCoordinate with maintenance teams for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil repairsMonitor housekeeping, laundry, catering, and waste management servicesConduct regular inspections of rooms, kitchens, dining areas, and common facilitiesEnsure uninterrupted utilities (water, power, internet, sewage systems).Employee Welfare & SupportAddress and resolve employee accommodation complaintsEnsure compliance with company accommodation standardsSupport welfare activities and maintain safe living conditionsEnforce camp rules and discipline procedures.HSE & ComplianceEnsure camp operations comply with UAE labor law and municipality regulationsSupport HSE audits, fire drills, and emergency evacuation plansMaintain first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and emergency equipmentCoordinate pest control and hygiene inspectionsDocumentation & ReportingMaintain camp inventory (furniture, appliances, equipment)Prepare daily/weekly/monthly occupancy and cost reportsTrack camp
