Single Facer Operator

BG Global is recruiting for a reputed industrial organization with a strong legacy in recycling and a growing presence in corrugated packaging production in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Single Facer Operator will manage board production at the single facer stage.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor BHS Single Facer machineSet up machine parameters based on production requirementsControl flute formation glue application temperature and pressure settingsMonitor board quality and ensure adherence to specificationsIdentify and resolve minor operational issuesCoordinate with wet end and dry end teams for smooth workflowPerform routine checks and basic preventive maintenanceMaintain safety housekeeping and production recordsRequirements25 years experience as Single Facer Operator (BHS preferred)Hands‑on experience in corrugated packaging manufacturingGood understanding of flute profiles, paper grades and board making processAbility to troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issuesBasic knowledge of safety and quality standardsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredBenefitsSalary plus benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
