And that’s where you come in.Job DescriptionHitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic, self‑motivated Signalling Integrator based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will have solid experience in the rail industry, managing wayside installation design and routing cables along the track and within technical rooms.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the issue of Signalling Engineering System Plans for all project phases and for signalling integration activities.Ensure the allocation of subsystem signalling requirements and the signalling requirements management activities.Ensure that signalling subsystem interfaces are clearly identified, defined, documented, agreed and managed.Ensure the definition and monitor the implementation of the signalling engineering migration strategy.Execute signalling engineering performance simulation activities and carry out the solution development roadmap.Issue signalling system documents (overall signalling architecture and signalling system requirements, signalling system test & commissioning for lab and on site test documents) on time, on quality, on budget, including verification activities of the documents related to the technical integration for all the signalling subsystems according to the V&V plan.Provide proper inputs for development of changes to the existing solutions within standardized templates.Act as a contact point for the project team and customer regarding the signalling portion of the project.Execute signalling system tests on site and contribute to signalling system tests in laboratory; define and manage signalling system issues lists, tickets creation, analysis, allocation and closure. Define the roadmap for closing issues revealed by testing activities.Execute gate reviews and solve technical issues.Execute gap analysis, review technical change requests, and follow up on the solution development roadmap for suitable software versions with regards to project targets and schedule, integrating development constraints.Participate in signalling factory acceptance tests and site acceptance tests for main engineering signalling equipment.Support configuration testing.ContactThank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
