Signage Production Manager

The Designer Advertising and Publishing, popularly known as DNA is looking for a Signage Production Manager.The Production Manager will perform a wide range of duties related to the physical production and installation of all kind of signs. Planning and scheduling production of jobs, quality assurance, installation, and staff supervision will be a key performance area.The leadership skills required to ensure that the Production and Installation teams complete all projects on time and with the highest quality standards while being a team player and providing support for all functions as needed.Job ResponsibilitiesOrganize the production function and plan shop floor operations to meet given production targets.Optimize production efficiency by anticipating and eliminating production bottlenecks, by conducting production meeting & sales coordination meeting on a daily basis.Maximize productivity by maintaining a cordial working relationship with operatives on a personal level.Control the level of rejections through strict adherence to prescribed manufacturing practices & machine operation standards.Maintain satisfactory quality levels consistent with standards.Ensure that proper safety and welfare measures are consistently undertaken to safeguard resources and strive to attain congenial working conditions in the shop floor.Maintain discipline and enforce sound housekeeping practices on the shop floor.Ensure effective planning, coordination and utilization of transport vehicles.Coordinate with the management in implementing and maintaining ISO procedures and other documentation.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in the outdoor and signage industry.Having a UAE driving license.Technical knowledge of sign production and installation.Excellent leadership skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
