Showroom Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Showroom Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a passion for design and a strong knowledge of fabrics, furniture, and upholstery.Greet customers and determine their needs within the showroom to deliver a personalized shopping experience.Present fabric options explaining features, benefits, and care instructions.Advise on color, texture, and pattern coordination; assist with swatches and in-room layout planning.Provide accurate quotes, process orders, and coordinate deliveries and installation with internal teams and vendors.Maintain showroom presentation, inventory accuracy, and knowledge of current promotions and new arrivals.Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.Qualifications2+ years of showroom or retail sales experience, preferably in furniture or home décor.Strong knowledge of fabrics, upholstery, and furniture construction.Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills; ability to read clients\' needs and adapt strategies accordingly.Proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems, CRM software, and basic computer skills; strong organizational and time‑management abilities.A design sense and the ability to collaborate with clients and designers on color, texture, and style.Flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, as required.We offer a supportive team environment, ongoing product training, and opportunities for career growth.
