The ideal candidate will be a product expert who can provide knowledgeable guidance to our customers, build strong relationships, and drive sales within our showroom.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers, understand their project requirements, and recommend suitable products from our extensive range.Provide expert advice on the applications, features, and benefits of our building materials, hardware, sanitaryware, and wood products.Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately using our system.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all new products, promotions, and industry trends.Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets.Ensure the showroom is always tidy, well-organized, and products are correctly labeled.Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with contractors, builders, interior designers, and retail customers.Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.Requirements & Skills:MUST HAVE: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in showroom or retail sales, specifically within the building materials, hardware, or sanitary ware industry in the UAE.In-depth knowledge of construction products is essential.
