Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.</p><h3>Partner with the best</h3><p>As a Shop Operator, under direct supervision, you will set up, monitor and operate various pieces of equipment associated with the service and manufacturing facility requirements. May include operation of multiple machines at one time. May perform quality control and assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications, internal procedures and ISO requirements.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Inspecting and Repairing activities for Centrifugal Compressors Rotors, Centrifugal Pumps Rotors, Gas Turbine Rotors, and Gears Shafts.</li><li>Performing visual inspection, geometrical inspection, non-destructive testing, and other tests&record results as per requirements and data sheets.</li><li>Being responsible for quality control of the in process parts. Where all parts under operations needs to be inspected after the operation is completed and results to be recorded in the data sheets</li><li>Performing product preservation as per procedures.</li><li>Raising HSE concerns/observations as per the HSE per capita target</li><li>Conducting machine tool preventive maintenance&conduct daily maintenance checklist.</li><li>Reporting out fixture and toolings performance and rigidity evaluation as well as testing of new fixture design and clamping method.</li><li>Performing 6S and housekeeping activities for the machines (interior&exterior), workstations, and its surrounding and participate in improvement project and implementation of lean Manufacturing</li></ul><h3>Fuel your passion</h3><p>To be successful in this role you will:</p><ul><li>Have a High School Diploma or equivalent level of education and hands on-experience in operating mechanical machines</li><li>Have knowledge and experience to perform several types of inspections, repairs, Balancing, and testing of centrifugal compressors and centrifugal pumps</li><li>Have +5 years experience in repair activities of rotating equipment (centrifugal compressors, centrifugal pumps, gas turbines, and gearboxes)</li><li>Have 10 year’s experience in manufacturing or service shops</li><li>Have Experience in compressor rotor, or pumps rotor de-stacking (disassembly by flare) and stacking (Assembly)</li><li>Have experience in Gas Turbine Rotor Disks de-stacking (disassembly) and stacking (Assembly)</li><li>Have experience to implement total run out test</li><li>Have capability, knowledge and skill to operate a LATEH Machine (Manual or CNC)</li><li>Have capability, knowledge and skill to operate Low Speed Horizontal Balancing Machines, performing balancing check, and performing balancing activities to remove residual unbalance</li><li>Have capability, knowledge and skill to operate Vertical Balancing Machines, performing balancing check, and performing balancing activities to remove residual unbalance</li><li>Experience in Machining is preferred</li><li>The shop will be initially operative during morning shifts only.
