Shop Manager (Bilingual â Arabic & English)

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Shop Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a proven ability to lead teams and exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of store operations including staff supervision, inventory control, customer service and sales performance.Lead, train and motivate a team to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.Ensure the shop maintains high standards in visual merchandising and cleanliness.Monitor and analyse sales figures, stock levels and customer feedback to improve overall performance.Handle customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional manner.Prepare reports on store performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentA dynamic and supportive work environmentQualificationsMinimum of 35 years of experience in retail or shop management.Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Experience in using POS systems and basic office software (Excel, Word).Additional InformationRixos Premium Saadiyat Island is a unique resort; where exclusivity and luxury define every experience every time.
