OverviewVisual Merchandiser - ZARA Home - Abu DhabiResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain visuals synonymous with the brand.Manage appropriate application of POS products, components and installations; safeguard all design assets, mannequins and other company-provided materials.Guide customers' browsing with merchandise placement and shop design to increase store traffic.Design and conceptualize seasonal displays, considering current market trends.Maintain window display standards.Present brand-new collections on the shop floor according to the Brand's directives.Conduct standard merchandising training for sales staff.Coordinate with the Display Manager and Store Managers in the execution of the brand's retail strategy.Maintain conformity with all business policies and procedures.Willingness to work in shifts.Perform related duties as assigned by the manager.Qualifications1-2 years experience in a retail sales environment.Bachelor of Arts with fluency in spoken and written English and any other language.Creative with an imaginative style and ability to work independently.Ability to operate in a team-oriented environment.Zealous and passionate character.Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
