Shift Supervisor

<div><h3>Job Purpose</h3><p>To ensure safe, efficient, and standardized shift operations, achieving operational KPIs and compliance.</p><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage daily shift operations including inbound, picking, outbound.</li><li>Lead and supervise team performance, conduct briefings, and manage KPIs.</li><li>Conduct manpower and equipment planning based on volume forecasts.</li><li>Enforce safety standards, perform incident reporting, and support BBS.</li><li>Maintain process standardization including SOP review and Work Instructions.</li><li>Support training initiatives through Excellence School.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement and track CI initiatives.</li><li>Manage security protocols and ensure compliance with DHL and legal guidelines.</li><li>Participate in audits and support implementation of action plans.</li><li>Lead employee engagement, performance management, and development.</li></ul><h3>Skills&Experience</h3><ul><li>Prior operations and team leadership experience.</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing a warehouse and leading teams.</li><li>Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.</li><li>Competence in resource planning, KPI tracking, and data interpretation.</li><li>Ability to manage stress, resolve conflicts, and drive operational standards.</li></ul><h3>Education&Certifications</h3><ul><li>Intermediate education level; MHE licenses preferred.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
