Job DescriptionAbout Wynn Al Marjan Island: On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.About The PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Shift Manager to join the resort’s Cage Department Team.ResponsibilitiesOversee all cage functions during the shift, including patron’s financial transactions, chip exchanges, marker issuance, and redemption.Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulations, and anti-money laundering (AML) proceduresSupervise and support cage team members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedbackMonitor cash levels, verify vault balances, and authorize large transactionsResolve patron and team member concerns professionally and efficientlyPrepare and review shift reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submissionCollaborate with Surveillance, Security, and Finance to maintain operational integrityConduct audits and assist in investigations related to discrepancies or unusual activityMaintain a secure and organized cage environment, ensuring all assets are protectedPromote a positive work culture aligned with Wynn’s standards of luxury and serviceAbout YouBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred; High School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 3-5 years of experience in cage operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial roleStrong understanding of cage operations, regulatory compliance, and AML protocolsExcellent leadership, communication, organizational and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environmentProficiency in gaming management systems and cash handling equipmentAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidaysExperience in a luxury or high-volume gaming environment is preferredCertification in cash handling or financial operations is an advantageFluent in English; other spoken languages is a plusAbout Wynn Al Marjan Island’s BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
