Sewerage Projects Execution Engineer

Job DescriptionMonitor the implementation phases of sewerage projects by overseeing the performance of consultants and contractors, comparing actual progress against approved drawings and designs, ensuring compliance with the approved project schedule, and taking appropriate actions to expedite completion in accordance with contract terms and approved work programs.Monitor the implementation phases of Roads and Transportation Authority (RTA) projects and developers’ projects, compare completed works with approved drawings and designs, inspect mechanical installation works and commissioning of pumping stations and sewerage pumping stations, ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality specifications, and conduct re-inspections after observations are resolved for both developers and Dubai Municipality projects.Follow up on repair works related to damages or breaks affecting sewerage networks or stormwater drainage networks, in coordination with the Sewerage Treatment Plants Department.Monitor the performance of the consultant’s team in terms of attendance, adherence to contractual obligations, and technical performance; evaluate their performance and provide periodic feedback to the direct supervisor.Review project contracts prior to issuance, attend all meetings with consultants and tenderers, and review all technical and contractual queries.Coordinate and follow up with relevant internal organizational units and external government entities on all matters related to the implementation of sewerage projects.Prepare periodic reports covering completed works, challenges and obstacles encountered, methods of resolution, and provide recommendations and proposals for work improvement and development.Perform all assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with the department’s approved information security and confidentiality policies and within the granted authorities.Carry out any other duties related to the nature of the job as assigned.QualificationsAcademic Qualification: Bachelor's DegreeSpecialization: Civil Engineering – Mechanical EngineeringExperience: No experience required#J-18808-Ljbffr
