Müller's Solutions is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Platform Architect / Solution Architect to join our innovative team. In this role, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to design and implement advanced solutions that drive efficiency and improve client outcomes. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective technical specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs for ServiceNow solutionsArchitect, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the unique needs of our clientsLead solution development, ensuring integration with other systems and adherence to security and compliance standardsProvide mentorship and guidance to developers and project teams throughout the entire implementation processPerform system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet client expectationsDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectures, configurations, and process workflowsKeep abreast of the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend enhancements and optimizationsConduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platformRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Platform Architect, specifically with ServiceNowIn-depth understanding of ServiceNow modules, capabilities, and architectureProven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutionsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills for the effective engagement of stakeholdersAbility to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environmentServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly preferredBenefitsOpportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
