Moreover, you will be part of a culture that encourages creativity and offers a competitive salary with generous benefits. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow IRM modules such as Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management Issue and Remediation management. - Develop custom workflows, scripts, UI policies, business rules, and integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server) to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for IRM modules. - Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for IRM processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow IRM modules. - Document technical designs, development standards, and implementation guides. - Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards. - Configure ServiceNow IRM out of the box as well as customize it to meet client requirements. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer with IRM/GRC modules. - Strong knowledge of IRM processes including Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, and Operational Risk. - Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), workflow configuration, and integrations. - Experience with enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience facilitating workshops, process mapping, and stakeholder discussions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and change leadership skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (Mandatory) - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (Mandatory) - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) GRC/IRM Optional but preferred - Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Optional but preferred - Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP) Optional but preferred - Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflows. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
