Job Description
5–8 years in IT with 3–5 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM).Strong experience in Catalog Items, Workflows/Flows, Business Rules, Client/Server Scripts, UI Actions & Policies.Experience with Scoped Apps, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, custom tables.Hands‑on with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server integrations.Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, CMDB, CSDM alignment.Experience in Agile/Scrum, multi‑environment setups (DEV–TEST–PROD), and governed deployments.Exposure to ATF, UAT, upgrades, regression testing (good to have).Technical SkillsFlow Designer, Integration Hub, UI BuilderREST/SOAP, OAuth/JWT, JSON/XMLCMDB, CI relationships, ACLs, roles, security#J-18808-Ljbffr
