SERVICENOW DEVELOPER - ITSM

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.Strong knowledge of JavaScript REST/SOAP APIs and web technologies.Proven experience in customizing ServiceNow modules and workflows.Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub Flow Designer or similar tools.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. ServiceNow certifications preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory)Certified Application Developer / Implementation Specialist (desired) Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical and problem-solving mindset.Ability to work independently in a remote setting and later transition to on-site collaboration.
