ServiceNow Developer - HR Service Delivery Specialist

Job Description As a Service-Now Developer with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience, your main responsibility will be to configure and implement the ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery application suite. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules - Customizing workflows, forms, and integrations to meet business requirements - Handling Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Knowledge Management, Asset management, and CMDB - Creating Service Requests - Utilizing client scripts and business rules effectively - Implementing UI Actions, UI policy, Access Control Lists, etc. - Integrating SSO/AD/LDAP and understanding Web-services or Rest APIs - Using Record producers for efficient operations - Managing update sets for customization transfer between Instances - Managing Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset management, CMDB, Service Requests, and SLM - Developing Content Management by designing ESS page - Writing various Server-side scripts using Script Includes - Implementing ACLs for controlling the security mechanism in ServiceNow - Developing Composite Service Requests within the Service catalog Module - Building and developing Integrations - Configuring complex reports - Understanding and debugging system logs Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor of Technology/ Engineering - 9-11 years of relevant experience - Specialization in SNOW (Apps) - Cloud-based Application-ServiceNow Technical This position is located in Noida and falls under the Job Family of Professional Services.
