Job Description As an Executive Level ServiceNow Associate Consultant at our company, you will be an integral part of our high-performing ServiceNow implementation team. Your main responsibility will be to work on ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects, ensuring that all deployments and configurations meet the specific requirements of our clients. Here is a detailed overview of what is expected from you in this role:
**Role Overview:**
You will be joining a team that focuses solely on ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects. Your role will involve collaborating with the team to deploy and configure ServiceNow applications according to client needs. Additionally, you will participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies such as sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring the completion of assigned user stories, scrum tasks, and test cases.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Have prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects exclusively, excluding enhancements and managed services.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects (excluding managed services and minor enhancements).
- Demonstrate working knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules/applications such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, etc.
- Understand the ITIL framework and IT service management concepts.
- Showcase strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization, including business rules, client scripts, and flows.
- Be familiar with Agile Scrum methodology and be able to deliver within sprint cycles.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work in a team environment.
- Show eagerness to learn, innovate, and contribute to the growth of the practice.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment.
- Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform and help customize modules like ITSM, HRSD, GRC, CSM, SecOps, etc.
- Test, troubleshoot, and document ServiceNow configurations, business rules, client scripts, workflows, and integrations.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge of ServiceNow products and ITSM processes.
- Support knowledge sharing and documentation for internal teams and clients.
- Engage with stakeholders and contribute to team goals, ensuring customer-focused service delivery.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Working knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules/applications.
