All employment decisions at Synechron are based on business needs, job requirements, and individual qualifications, without regard to the applicant’s gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected.Job Description5+ years in enterprise architecture roles, ideally with financial services.Define high-level and detailed architectures for applications, integrations, and infrastructure.Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards specific to financial services.Align designs with enterprise architecture frameworks and client governance models.Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior stakeholders.Proven experience designing enterprise-scale solutions with strong security and compliance focus.Strong grasp of integration patterns, data modelling, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – requiredServiceNow Certified System Administrator – requiredAdditional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) – desirableTOGAF or equivalent architecture certification – desirable.Required SkillsStrong understanding of financial services regulatory and security requirementsAbility to work effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.Ability to balance strategic advisory with hands‑on technical expertiseQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fieldSoft SkillsExcellent communication and leadership skills.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.#J-18808-Ljbffr
