Service Team Lead (Part time, English language)

The role focuses on supporting and maintaining parcel delivery and collection devices (locker systems / shipment kiosks), ensuring reliable operations across all regions.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Build and manage a network of field service engineers</li><li>Ensure consistent regional coverage and service availability</li><li>Coordinate installation, maintenance, and support of parcel locker devices</li><li>Monitor performance and ensure SLA compliance</li><li>Maintain service quality and minimize repeat visits</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience managing field teams or contractors</li><li>Experience with hardware/service operations (locker systems, kiosks, or similar devices is a plus)</li><li>Ability to provide and scale regional coverage</li><li>Access to a local technician network is a strong advantage</li><li>Strong coordination and communication skills</li><li>Define and manage service coverage (cities/regions)</li><li>Scale operations based on demand</li><li>Ensure availability and fast response times</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li>Base: $500</li><li>Performance Bonus: up to $150 (SLA compliance, No repeat visits within 3 months)</li></ul><h3>Service Level Agreements (SLA)</h3><ul><li>1 business day response: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam regions</li><li>Up to 5 business days: Other cities across the Kingdom</li></ul><p>If you have experience managing field service teams and working with logistics or parcel automation solutions — let’s connect.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
