About the job Service Support SpecialistMinimum Experience:9 years of progressive experience in a directly related field.6 years of professional experience in ICT client support, system administration and service management operations in an enterprise level environment.Job Specific Skills:Certifications in industry relative standards, frameworks and vendor specific solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure solutions and Teams administrator certifications.Excellent knowledge in maintaining effective working relationships with staff and clients.Good written and verbal communication skills.Excellent technical analysis and problem-solving skills.Excellent knowledge and experience in Azure cloud systems, Office 365, VMware, Active Directory and group policy management.Excellent knowledge and experience in patch management operations and tools.Good knowledge and understanding of Information Technology industry, trends, architectures, integrations, and process computing.Good knowledge and understanding of leading industry standards, frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.Good knowledge and practice of team's coaching and mentoring.#J-18808-Ljbffr
