Implementation of SOPP according to the global service strategy.Analyze competitors and competitors service strategies.Development of a Safety Service and RSS strategy together with the Head of Safety.Acquisition, planning and execution of the operational Service & Rental businessMonitors procedures and processes and implement appropriate measures; manages and ensure the progress and quality of the work and makes sure a continuous improvement process is established.Maintains contacts with major accounts and opinion leaders of service in coordination with account managers to ensure the company’s maximum sales potential is realized.Ensures that customer satisfaction is continuously developing positively.Ensures needed service tools & inventory are available, safe and up-to date and fulfill all external and internal requirements.Manages rental fleet inventory.Assess and document revenue generating opportunities for new and already installed equipment together with associated sales tools and training programs in order to both train current Service engineers to take advantage of new opportunities.Promoting and offering Draeger’s range of rental equipment in conjunction with the many on-site services provided by the company.Management of the Safety Service and leading the Safety Service Technicians and contracted personnelTransfers knowledge to employees with respect to service, pricing policy, financial, commercial and organizational aspects; ensures
