Service Promotion Representative

Responsible for supporting sales operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving additional revenue through proactive customer engagement and data-driven follow-up. The role requires flexibility to support multiple branches and act as a backup resource when required.Principal AccountabilitiesConduct timely customer callbacks to follow up on inquiries, service utilization, and post-sales feedback.Ensure all customer communications are handled professionally to improve satisfaction and retentionIdentify and support upselling opportunities by promoting value-added services such as tinting, PPF, and related productsClearly communicate service benefits to customers to increase conversion rates.Act as a replacement for sales promoters and sales executives during leave, off-duty periods, or absencesMaintain accurate customer records and databasesPrepare and update reports related to customer follow-ups, conversions, and sales performanceConvert pending or unutilized tint opportunities into confirmed sales through effective communication and coordinationSupport and operate across different branches throughout the year based on business requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
