We recognize diversity and inclusion as the engine to growth and innovation and continue to lead because we have an exceptional workforce that puts the client at the centre of everything.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementOversee modernization projects from initial inspection to completion.Generate project scopes of work develop project plans and timelines.Review and submit all project engineering documents (method statements risk assessments material submittals etc..)Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project milestones are met.Technical LeadershipProvide technical expertise in HVAC modernization projects.Implement best practices for system upgrades migrations and integrations.Maintain current knowledge of HVAC industry trends technologies and best practices.Team CoordinationCollaborate with internal departments team engineers and field technical staff.Report project status risks and issues to the Modernization Operations Lead.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.Implement continuous improvement initiatives.Risk ManagementAssess and mitigate risks associated with modernization projects.Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.Quality AssuranceConduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress resolve technical issues and ensure quality control.Ensure all modernization activities adhere to quality standards and regulations.Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain project quality.RequirementsWe are looking for people who has a minimum you must have:Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.3 years of experience in HVAC project engineering or management with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Experience in leading crossfunctional teams.Strong understanding of HVAC systems.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologiesProject management certifications (e.g. PMP Lead) may be advantageous.Although not necessary it would be nice if you have:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilitiesWhat we offerWe offer excellent development opportunities an attractive salary and exceptional benefits including the following:International working environmentCompetitive salaryDrive forward your career through professional development opportunitiesAchieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance ProgrammeYour journey with usWe always aim to provide a fair and valuable recruitment process for everyone.
