SERVICE MANAGER

Overview of the RoleOur client is a leading group with a large division focused on providing high level of vehicle services for thousands of cars each year. We are looking for a senior Service Manager to head up the team in Jeddah for their servicing centers.Opening new service facilitiesManage and control current service operationsThis position manages and directs the service activities of the company in Saudi Arabia by developing and implementing new service programs, increasing new business and maintaining existing customer base.Mange the following functions under him:Technical and WarrantyBody & Paint OperationsService Operations (manpower, job cards, etc., …)Field Operations (tools, equipment, standards, etc., …)Customer ServiceIn the above 5 areas there is a lot to improve and enhance; this position will focus on 2 key areas:Strategic and visualize Service business opportunities, development, enhancementOperational who goes into details (when needed) to fix and repair processes or issuesKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic servicing plans to accommodate the company’s service goals and objectives.Review market analysis to determine customer needs, and call on customers in an effort to develop new business.Work with General Manager in planning service ideas and promotions.Establish objectives by directing service forecasting activities and setting performance goals to increase the company’s business.Analyze statistics and prepare periodic reports showing servicing activities, volume, potential and areas of proposed client base expansion.Monitor costs, supply and demand, and analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.Keep current with changing trends, economic indicators, and the competition.Represent the company at trade association meetings and deliver service.Essential Requirements45-55 years oldExcellent English communication skillsGCC experience requiredPreferably based in Saudi nowOpen to all nationalities – European, Asia Pacific, North African & Arabic nationals very welcomeAt least 10 years experienceShould have at least 3 years in current role in a senior service positionStrong experience in the automobile industry requiredBenefitsSalary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performanceAs a guide line between 20 – 30k SAR per month base salaryIn addition: housing allowance + transport allowance + flight allocation to the home country for family45 days annual leaveFamily medical insuranceFamily status contract (up to 3 children)About The CompanyFirst Resort Global Recruitment delivers tailor made recruitment solutions to selected companies around the world.First Resort Global Recruitment combines Arabic and Western Recruiters and Business experts from around the world.
