SERVICE MANAGER

<div><h3>Overview of the Role</h3><p>Our client is a leading group with a large division focused on providing high level of vehicle services for thousands of cars each year. We are looking for a senior Service Manager to head up the team in Jeddah for their servicing centers.</p><ul><li>Opening new service facilities</li><li>Manage and control current service operations</li></ul><p>This position manages and directs the service activities of the company in Saudi Arabia by developing and implementing new service programs, increasing new business and maintaining existing customer base.</p><p>Mange the following functions under him:</p><ul><li>Technical and Warranty</li><li>Body&Paint Operations</li><li>Service Operations (manpower, job cards, etc., …)</li><li>Field Operations (tools, equipment, standards, etc., …)</li><li>Customer Service</li></ul><p>In the above 5 areas there is a lot to improve and enhance; this position will focus on 2 key areas:</p><ul><li>Strategic and visualize Service business opportunities, development, enhancement</li><li>Operational who goes into details (when needed) to fix and repair processes or issues</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement strategic servicing plans to accommodate the company’s service goals and objectives.</li><li>Review market analysis to determine customer needs, and call on customers in an effort to develop new business.</li><li>Work with General Manager in planning service ideas and promotions.</li><li>Establish objectives by directing service forecasting activities and setting performance goals to increase the company’s business.</li><li>Analyze statistics and prepare periodic reports showing servicing activities, volume, potential and areas of proposed client base expansion.</li><li>Monitor costs, supply and demand, and analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.</li><li>Keep current with changing trends, economic indicators, and the competition.</li><li>Represent the company at trade association meetings and deliver service.</li></ul><h3>Essential Requirements</h3><ul><li>45-55 years old</li><li>Excellent English communication skills</li><li>GCC experience required</li><li>Preferably based in Saudi now</li><li>Open to all nationalities – European, Asia Pacific, North African&Arabic nationals very welcome</li><li>At least 10 years experience</li><li>Should have at least 3 years in current role in a senior service position</li><li>Strong experience in the automobile industry required</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance</li><li>As a guide line between 20 – 30k SAR per month base salary</li><li>In addition: housing allowance + transport allowance + flight allocation to the home country for family</li><li>45 days annual leave</li><li>Family medical insurance</li><li>Family status contract (up to 3 children)</li></ul><h3>About The Company</h3><p>First Resort Global Recruitment delivers tailor made recruitment solutions to selected companies around the world.</p><p>First Resort Global Recruitment combines Arabic and Western Recruiters and Business experts from around the world.
