Job ResponsibilitiesCommissioning/Maintenance of all kinds of water and wastewater treatment plant technologies such as Clarifiers, Filtration, Softeners, UV, UF, EDI, RO, OM plants, Aeration, MBBR, MBR, etc.Coordination with the engineering team for the BOQ requirement for erection & commissioning.Client management and understanding the priority and expectations of the client, ensuring satisfaction for the good will of the company.Analysis of water parameters.Project execution and maintenance – Water/Wastewater/STP/TSE polishing system.Plant equipment installation with reference to P&ID, Piping Layout and Isometric Drawings.Raising RFIs & coordinating with the consultant for approval upon completion of installation testing & commissioning.Coordinate with client regarding site readiness to commence installation activities.Optimize plant performance to the designed commitment.Diagnose & provide recommendations in process‑oriented issues.Preparation of Method Statement, checklist for installation, testing & commissioning.Generating monthly O&M (AMC) services report, monthly production & chemical consumption report, and water analysis report.Surveying and submitting a report of the as‑built site condition with recommendations to the sales team prior to bidding.Apply & close the work permit on site.Liaison with sales team, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to provide smooth water treatment to clients.Develop process engineering support for day‑to‑day operations, maintenance and monitoring activities.Monitor/evaluate performance and maintain effective monitoring reports.Troubleshoot operational and process quality problems in cooling water treatment, boiler water treatment, process water treatment, chilled water, wastewater, domestic water, swimming pool water, etc.; provide technical inputs for operating procedures.Carry out flushing work and supervise the same.Identify any additional service requirements for the client.Commissioning and troubleshooting of water treatment controllers/dosing systems.Program and interface the controller of BMS/SCADA system.Knowledge on Ethernet/IP address communication.Review current treatment program (case study) and provide enhanced technical support.Monitor corrosion coupon and implement corrosion control measures on site.Perform biological control measures using spot/lab test methods.Calibrate special sensors such as PTSA, Fluorometers, Online Corrators, Turbidity, ORP, etc.Coordinate with equipment suppliers for troubleshooting dosing systems (controllers, pumps, sensors, etc.).Maintain schedules and reports of planned and completed work in accordance with the company’s administrative systems.Observe all Health and Safety directives or guidelines in force in the company and, as may be imposed by the customer, ensuring full compliance with safety equipment issued by Culligan and acting in a safe, responsible manner.#J-18808-Ljbffr
