Provide technical assistance to clients and perform/oversee field installations and repairs.</p><h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Works within established procedures and guidelines with limited ability to modify approach.</li><li>Completes assigned tasks with a moderate degree of supervision.</li><li>May provide informal guidance to less experienced colleagues.</li><li>Read and understand Mechanical/Hydraulic Diagrams&General Mechanical Drawings.</li><li>Follows standard technical practices and procedures to analyze complex problems in the field.</li><li>Impacts the quality of own work.</li><li>Provides solutions to a range of diverse problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on existing precedents or procedures.</li><li>Perform all work in accordance with HMH Lifecycle Services and client safety policies.</li><li>Provide installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and repair services in shop or field environment on HMH’s Lifecycle Services equipment.</li><li>Coordinate with the Operations/ DLS Manager and the Service Account Manager for onsite required parts, materials, support, etc.</li><li>Advise client of any modifications or upgrades to HMH’s Lifecycle Services equipment.</li><li>Supervision of subcontracted personnel.</li><li>Participate in the Workshop and the Overhaul activities and coordinate with the Workshop Supervisor in regard to workshop tasks and activities.</li><li>Understands key business drivers and how it impacts the work of the team.</li><li>Exercises judgment, based on previous experience, practices and precedents, to identify and solve unique problems in the field.</li><li>Prepare recommended mechanical spare parts list for overhaul projects at the workshop.</li><li>Prepare an accurate and detailed inspection report after damage assessment and be accountable for the all the provided inputs in the report.</li><li>Report any additional scope of work or variations from standard overhaul scope of work.</li><li>Upload all reports, timesheet, CSF’s and expense reports to the job folder.</li><li>Advise client of modifications, bulletins or upgrades to HMH’s Lifecycle Services equipment.</li><li>Promote personal accountability for Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) by adhering to the principles and guidelines outlined in HMH's HSSE governing policy.</li><li>Document all services performed, and actions carried out on service and time tickets.</li><li>Stay current on information contained in Product and Safety Bulletins.</li><li>Stay current on information with drilling procedures and ensure that all work performed is handled according to procedures and guidelines.</li><li>Support all the company’s objectives. Interact with customers and other HMH personnel in a professional manner.</li><li>Be guided by HMH Visions and Values in all activities.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><p><b>Education:</b>Electrical Engineering discipline</p><p><b>Experience:</b>Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in installation, Overhauling and repair of Oil Drilling Equipment, and must have previous experience working on Iron Roughnecks and Automated Catwalks, both in Land and Offshore Environments.
