Service Engineer – Construction Machinery

<div><p><b>Job Location: Riyadh, KSA.</b></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assist the Service Manager in overseeing technical service operations; guide and evaluate the performance of distributors’ service teams and propose improvement plans.</li><li>Support and guide dealers’ after-sales teams in carrying out on-site warranty services and repair work, ensuring high-quality customer service and providing technical support.</li><li>Conduct regular visits to customers to maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts.</li><li>Coordinate between end users and maintenance centers; provide technical consultation and training to ensure correct product usage and enhance users’ technical capabilities.</li><li>Guide dealers in preparing spare parts procurement plans based on maintenance and service requirements.</li><li>In accordance with the Technical Service Manual, supervise dealer after-sales teams to submit required service reports and documentation in a timely manner, ensuring efficient after-sales service management.</li><li>Monitor product failure trends during maintenance activities. In the event of major or batch quality issues, promptly report to relevant departments, provide technical improvement recommendations, and support corrective actions to enhance product quality.</li></ul><h3>Key Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above (Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred).</li><li>3–5 years of hands‑on experience in construction machinery maintenance in the KSA.</li><li>Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in construction machinery maintenance; familiar with product structures, operating principles, and performance.</li><li>Proficient in troubleshooting and maintenance of construction machinery; competent in using standard office software.</li></ul><h3>Salary&Benefits</h3><p>Around SAR 11500 per month (all-inclusive).
