Service Engineer

ResponsibilitiesCommissions and repairs industrial refrigeration plants and equipment, utilizing knowledge of mechanics and electronics with standard test instruments and hand toolsTroubleshoot and assess industrial refrigeration plant conditionsInterpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagramsDevelop and maintain positive customer relationships and the necessary documentation of the customers equipment and systems statusDocument completed work timely, clear and concise in-service reportsSupport and promote the service sales activities where necessary and requestedEnsure compliance with the KTI safety standards and adhere to all international applicable industry standards and requirementsSupport and train customers on the KTI system operation at site or remotelyInstall and troubleshoot electrical systems, motors and VFDsAdvise management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvementsPerform other related duties and assignments as requiredRequirements and QualificationsBSc Degree (mechanical engineering or the like)Minimum 5 years experience (preferably within the GCC)Highly proficient in spoken and written English#J-18808-Ljbffr
