Job Description

<div><p>Responsible to complete his duties efficiently and as per the set deadlines at all times</p><ul><li>Coordinates and assigns Catering Helpers for smooth workflow.</li><li>Cooperate to meet the operational work demand.</li><li>Ensures polite and submissive attitude while dealing with the colleagues and the internal customers.</li><li>Ensure that required equipment in the Section is cleaned as per schedule.</li><li>Assists Team Leader&supervisor in the withdrawal of items from the Stores as and when required.</li><li>Take control of the Shift during the absence of the Asst. team leader.</li><li>Assists the asst. team leader to update and file records on a daily basis.</li><li>Ensures to follow meals/coffee breaks as per direction of the team leader&supervisor.</li><li>Ensure against the misuse of any Saudia or Saudia Catering Property.</li><li>Ensures the preparation of flights YC/Crew or FC, JC Bulk Food as per given instructions, i.e., Catering order, Loading and Packing Plans of the concerned Airlines.</li><li>Make sure that Hygiene quality standard to be followed during preparation of flights and check production date mark/temperature control etc.</li><li>Assists the team leader in Planning for Smooth preparation of flights.</li><li>Ensures that correct equipment is prepared as per requirement for Economy Class on a daily basis.</li><li>Ensures that up-catering telexes are treated on priority basis and action immediately and according to the requirement.</li><li>Coordinates with other departments (Kc/Kb) regarding Salad and Dessert requirement for daily operation.</li><li>Ensures that any deviation during the preparation of flights are reported to the team leader/Supervisor on duty.</li><li>Ensures that correct label is placed for each flight as per Packing Plan and print the label on computer label printing machine.</li><li>Ensures all flights are well organized and stored in Cold Room after preparation.</li><li>Ensures all expiry dates to be checked properly.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
