Service Advisor

Job Summary:The Service Advisor is responsible for interfacing with customers, assessing their vehicle service needs, and coordinating the repair process. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair, and the ability to provide high-quality customer service.Key Responsibilities:Greet and interact with customers in a professional and courteous mannerConduct thorough inspections of customer vehicles to identify service and repair requirementsExplain findings and recommended services to customers, providing cost estimatesCoordinate the repair process, communicating with technicians and parts personnelFollow up with customers on the status of their vehicle and ensure timely completion of workMaintain detailed records of all customer interactions and vehicle service historyAssist with inventory management and ordering of necessary parts and materialsProvide feedback and recommendations to improve department efficiency and customer satisfactionQualifications:5-7 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the commercial vehicle industryStrong knowledge of commercial vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customersAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyProficient in Arabic and English, both verbal and writtenComputer literate with experience using service management softwareValid driver's license and ability to test drive vehicles as neededJoining our team at NewEast Isuzu KSA means being part of a dynamic and growing company that values its employees and provides opportunities for career advancement.
