Job Description

<div><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.</li><li>Conduct regular field visits to ensure all services meet high-quality standards.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing full support throughout the account lifecycle.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments—such as Customer Service and Product Development—to continuously improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.</li></ul><h3>Core Duties</h3><ul><li>Partner with internal teams to prepare and deliver accurate service quotations to clients.</li><li>Promote and sell products and services to both new and existing customers.</li><li>Manage and perform field service activities, ensuring timely and effective execution.</li><li>Oversee the competency and performance of direct field service team members.</li><li>Drive sales initiatives focused on assigned geographical regions and product lines.</li><li>Safeguard the integrity of product lines and serve as a liaison between field operations, marketing, and product teams.</li><li>Provide technical support and application guidance, including redesign assistance as needed.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in account management, field services, or a related technical sales role.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Experience leading field service teams and ensuring compliance with quality standards.</li><li>Technical background or familiarity with products is a plus.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
