OverviewInformation Technology AdministratorWe are searching for an IT Administrator with experience in Microsoft 365 / MS Characteristics / OneDrive as well as enterprise‑level support for our users. You will diagnose and repair software and hardware problems and help our users install applications and programs. IT Manager responsibilities include resolving network concerns, setting up OS and using remote desktop connections to offer prompt support.ResponsibilitiesManagement and support on Microsoft 365 / MS Characteristics / OneDrive.Study and recognize solutions to software and hardware problems.Identify and repair technical issues, including account setup, Access Administration, network configuration and server administration.Ask customers targeted questions to rapidly recognize the origin of the trouble.Administration of firewall programs (Fortinet) and VPN.Maintaining and administering computer networks and relevant computing environments including systems software, applications, hardware, and configurations.Arrangement and maintenance of NAS storage space.Upkeep of AWAYA IP telephones with IP office supervisor.Overview setup & troubleshooting.CCTV setup, configuration & upkeep.Network printer installation, arrangement & maintenance.cPanel management.Repairing, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system issues.Replacing malfunctioning network hardware elements when required.Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring antivirus security software and email applications.Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments are needed.Creating, setting up, and testing networking software, computer, and operating system software.Send CV/Resume to: msicareerplan(at)gmail.com.QualificationsFull-time employment.Location: Sharjah – dependable commute or relocation prior to starting work (Required).License/Certification: UAE Driving Licence (Preferred).Ability to diagnose and repair software and hardware, configure accounts, and manage networks and servers.Job DetailsJob Type: Full-timeIncome: AED 5,000.00 – AED 7,000.00 per month.#J-18808-Ljbffr
