Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude as they arrive at the restaurant.Present menus to guests answer questions about menu items and make recommendations based on their preferences.Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately ensuring proper plating and presentation.Anticipate guests needs and promptly respond to requests for additional items or condiments.Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests attending to their inquiries and resolving any concerns or complaints.Monitor tables to ensure that guests have everything they need including refilling drinks and clearing plates.Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth and timely service.Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately following proper cash handling procedures.Assist in setting up and cleaning dining areas including arranging tables setting up utensils and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift.Qualifications : Previous experience as an F&B attendant or in a similar customer service role is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.Strong attention to detail in order taking food and beverage service and table setup.Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.Additional Information : Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract recruit and promote diverse talent.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Fulltime Key Skills Disaster Recovery,Information Management,Network Administration,Active Directory,VMware,Citrix,Microsoft Windows Server,Windows,Microsoft Exchange,SAN,Database Administration,Dns Experience: years Vacancy: 1
