We are seeking a highly skilled SEO & Website Manager to lead organic growth strategy and website performance for a premium real estate development and serviced office brand in Dubai.This role is responsible for driving qualified organic traffic, optimizing conversion funnels, managing landing pages, and ensuring best-in‑class website performance aligned with luxury positioning.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy.Conduct keyword research across UAE and international markets.Implement technical SEO improvements (Core Web Vitals, crawl issues).Manage website CMS (WordPress/Webflow/custom).Build and optimize landing pages for conversion.Monitor analytics via GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs.Deliver monthly performance reports with data‑driven insights.KPIsOrganic traffic growthWebsite conversion rateKeyword ranking improvementsPage speed optimizationQualifications5+ years SEO experience (real estate preferred).Strong technical SEO expertise.Experience with CRO and landing page optimization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
