If you answered yes, then we have some amazing opportunities for you!</p><h3>Description</h3><p>We are looking for a sharp, hands-on SEO&ASO Manager to own our organic growth across both web and mobile. This is a dual-discipline role where we are not looking for someone who leans heavily into one side. You will be equally comfortable running a technical SEO audit and optimizing an App Store listing, and you will understand how both feed into the same growth funnel.</p><p>You will report to the Global Head of Growth and work closely with content, product, website, and performance teams to drive measurable improvements in organic visibility, rankings, and app installs.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Technical SEO</h3><ul><li>Own the technical SEO roadmap crawlability, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, and indexing.</li><li>Conduct regular audits using tools like Screaming Frog and identify and resolve issues proactively in collaboration with the web team.</li><li>Monitor and grow non-branded organic performance via Ahrefs and Google Search Console.</li><li>Own the backlink profile outreach, digital PR, toxic link disavowal, and domain authority tracking.</li><li>Develop and maintain internal linking strategy; audit regularly for orphaned pages and missed opportunities.</li><li>Build and maintain a keyword strategy that targets high-intent terms across key markets.</li><li>Brief and collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-optimized articles, landing pages, and guides.</li><li>Identify content gap opportunities and translate them into a prioritized editorial calendar.</li><li>Track rankings and organic traffic and connect performance back to content output.</li></ul><h3>App Store Optimization (iOS&Android)</h3><ul><li>Own ASO end-to-end: keyword research, metadata, screenshots, preview videos, and ratings strategy.</li><li>Build and manage custom product pages (iOS) and custom store listings (Android) for audience segments and paid campaigns.</li><li>Lead app creative optimization icon, screenshots, and preview videos balancing brand consistency with conversion performance.</li><li>Track ASO keyword rankings continuously and adapt metadata strategy in response to App Store and Google Play algorithm changes.</li><li>Run A/B tests on store listings and iterate based on conversion data.</li></ul><h3>LLM&AI Search Visibility (GEO)</h3><ul><li>Track how CFI content is cited in LLM-powered tools ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.</li><li>Implement a GEO strategy to ensure brand presence in AI-generated answers.</li><li>Structure content in formats more likely to be referenced by AI models.</li><li>Monitor shifts in AI-native search behavior and adapt strategy accordingly.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>4-6 years of hands-on experience across both SEO and ASO you must be demonstrably strong in both, not one with passing familiarity in the other.</li><li>Proficiency with core SEO tools: Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4.</li><li>Experience with ASO tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or MobileAction.</li><li>Strong understanding of how technical SEO, content strategy, and UX intersect.</li><li>Comfortable working with data to track what matters and can build a clear performance narrative.</li><li>Awareness of the GEO/LLM search landscape and how it is shifting organic strategy.</li><li>Excellent written English; Arabic is a strong advantage given our key markets.</li><li>Experience in fintech, financial services, or a regulated industry is a plus.</li><li>We’re a fast-growing, multinational company</li><li>Competitive salaries and benefits</li><li>Work and learn with industry professionals</li><li>Supportive and collaborative environment</li><li>Unlimited opportunities for growth and development</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
