SEO and AI Search Strategist

Job Description As an SEO Manager in the E-commerce domain with international client exposure and AI Strategies in SEO, you will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end SEO projects aligning with business goals and KPIs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing data-driven SEO strategies for websites targeting traditional search and emerging AI-driven environments - Conducting comprehensive audits across technical, on-page, off-page, and content elements - Developing and executing GEO strategies to improve content positioning and brand authority - Leveraging analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and guide continuous improvement - Staying updated on algorithm updates, AI search changes, and generative content evolution - Introducing best practices, training modules, and knowledge frameworks for organizational SEO maturity - Identifying and evaluating new growth opportunities, creating high-impact SEO/GEO proposals, and leading pitch presentations Required Skills & Competencies: - Deep expertise in search engine algorithms, semantic SEO, structured data models, AI search behavior, and ranking systems - Proven project management skills with experience handling complex SEO programs - Proficiency in AI search and GEO models - Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Google Analytics4, Google Search Console, and Surfer SEO - Familiarity with LLM-driven search behavior and prompt-oriented optimization - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets - Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills - Up-to-date understanding of E-E-A-T principles and topic authority in the AI search ecosystem Location for this position can be Mumbai, Pune, or Chandigarh with a shift timing of EMEA.
